Deliver this puppy to Uvalde family.

Hello my name is Kevin Shively. I help run Four Front Doodles, LLC. As part of our give back to first responders we select a family each year that has experienced a tragedy to give a free puppy to.

I am humbled and privileged to announce this years puppy will be going to Jacob Albarado’s family. Jacob’s wife and little girl were in the school when the active shooting took place. Jacob responded as he received a text from his wife asking for him to come help. Jacob responded, got his family out and assisted others.

This puppy is for his brave little girl and wife that thankfully made it out. If you’re an animal lover like I am than you know the healing power a puppy can bring.

I will be hand delivering this puppy to the Albarado family from Ohio to Uvalde, Texas apex date June 30th. 100% of the donations will go to the transportation cost of delivery, vet bills and putting together an ultimate puppy package. The puppy package will include food, kennel, dog bed, heart beat bear and everything a family would need to get their puppy started in the right direction.

Go Fund Me has requested I add the following information: 

1.) Relationship to Jacob Albarado. Prior to the shooting I did not personally know Jacob. The only connection I have to him is that we served in Del Rio Sector while working for the Border Patrol.  Jacob and I have been communicating on Facebook as stated above and he is watching the donations come in in the comments! 

Relationship to Uvalde: When I enlisted in the Border Patrol I was offered Comstock or Uvalde Texas in Del Rio Sector. I chose Comstock not knowing Uvalde was significantly better and close to San Antonio. I spent a lot of time in Uvalde with friends, family, agents and enjoying various outdoor sports. I know the community well and this one truly hit home for me. I always said if I would have chose Uvalde, I would have stayed. I cannot think about these kids and think of how it could have been Wren or E… 

2.) The funds are going to cover the cost of getting the puppy to his family which I will be driving to his home from Thornville, Ohio to Uvalde, TX.  I am estimating the cost of an economy rental vehicle and GAS to get there and back at approximately $800 as it’s 1200 miles one way and much cheaper than flying. 

This will also cover: microchipping, vaccinations, initial vet visit at Feeder Creek in Millersport Ohio, 30” puppy crate, Bullybed, pet bowls, dog food, trainer collar/leashes, heart beat bear that smells like Luna and puppy toys.
