Help Delyth to represent Wales in New Zealand

Delyth has been selected to represent Wales at the IPF Commonwealth Powerlifting Championships being held in Auckland, New Zealand December 2022.

Flights, accommodation, doping fees and registration fees are all self funded, totalling £3000.

Delyth is an inspiration to us all, whilst bringing up her son and working long hours as a ward nurse at Llandough Hospital she attacks each training session with commitment, dedication and sheer determination.
