NO WATER FROM MY FAUCET. HOW ABOUT YOU?

IF WE DON'T FIGHT THIS ABUSE NOW, NOTHING WILL EVER CHANGE IN IDAHO! Hi. My name is Kim and I am a resident/taxpayer in Nampa, Idaho. A group of us have discovered that local government is abusing it's authority and violating the rights of it's taxpayers and yet protecting the developers and itself because independent taxpayers can't afford to fight the abuse individually. Canyon County refuses to follow the laws and answer to the public for it's actions. If we allow this current action to continue, the taxpayers across Idaho will be affected as unprecedented and irresponsible growth continues unchecked. We are also meeting with state representatives to change the laws, but need help now! We have to raise $40,000 (attorney fees plus costs) within 5 days so the attorney will have time to review and prepare an appearance on our (taxpayers in this immediate area) behalf for an upcoming and time sensitive Judicial Review. The laws are designed to keep the "little guy" from being able to afford legal representation so the county/city can continue to operate unchecked. They KNOW we don't have deep pockets, but TOGETHER we can make a difference!!! This fundraiser will ultimately help taxpayers across Idaho!
