This is with reference to untimely demise Shri.Sunil Andrews, employed with our esteemed organization. On the evening of 12th May’2020 at 1915 hours he had called his wife Anju informed that he worked upto 1900 hours and was feeling tired and was retiring to sleep early. Next day i.e. 13th May, 2020 when his wife made a call he informed that he had chest pain in the night and was breathless and he was heading to the nearby hospital. However, unfortunately due to the lockdown and non- availability of any transportation he walked along with a housekeeping person to the hospital. As there was no further communication from him, his wife Anju made call at 0930 am to him. He received the call and gave the phone to the Doctor attending him. The Doctor explained that he was critical and feeling breathless requiring angiography. He said that he would revert afterwards. Finally, when nothing was heard till 1pm, Anju’s brother called the Doctor to get an update of her husband. The Doctor received the call and informed that during the procedure of angioplasty he developed cardiac arrest on the table and that they could not revive him. He was declared dead at 0145pm.
