Denise Warden Young

Hi, my name is Laurie Wells. Dave Heideman and I are creating a GoFundMe page for Denise Warden Young in Clintonville, WI, to help with medical and travel expenses to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.

Denise was recently hospitalized and has been diagnosed with Stage 5 end-stage disease of the kidneys. She will most likely require dialysis three times a week and will be on the kidney transplant list.

They are sending Denise to the Mayo Clinic in November for further tests and diagnosis.

Rodney and Denise will be forever thankful and blessed for any donations during this stressful time.
