Dennis "Dee" Szymanski medical bills & recovery

Hello, my name is Cortney and I am creating this GoFundMe on behalf of the entire Szymanski family.

In the early hours of May 9th, while riding his brand new (3 day old) motorcycle on his way home from work, Dee was struck by an impaired driver who carelessly ran a red light, striking him on his left side, and ejecting him from his bike. His body was located more than 200 feet away from the impact. He is alive and in stable condition but has sustained several serious injures, leading to major surgery and a very long road ahead of him. He has multiple plates and 13 screws holding his leg together, and we are still waiting on results of the potential neck injuries as well. Unfortunately the woman who caused this tragedy was uninsured, as well as unlicensed and is now facing felony DUI charges while being detained at the county jail.

Dee had just started a new job and has not yet qualified for medical insurance so there will be a major finalcal burden to him while he recovers. He will be out of commision for a while and the bills are going to pile up.

Dee is the most humble, kind, hard working, and loving young man... who would quite literally give you the shirt off his back. We are asking for everyone to please share, donate, or support in any way they can. Dee has always been there for us and now he needs us to be there for him while he focuses on his recovery and all of the challenges that go along with it.
