Dennis Hillyar's Funeral

Dennis Hillyars story,

Dennis and patricia met online and quickly became infactuated with each other. They married on 31st January 2015. After many happy years together.

Dennis was diagnosed in March 2024 with stage 4 terminal cancer. As the months went on Dennis was severaly neglected by the oncology team, and he never got to have any treatment to fight this horrible disease. Slowly Dennis started to get worse, with numerous infections and pneumonia. Then on the 29th June our world came crashing down and Dennis took his last breath at 18.23 at home with family by his side. The last thing Dennis said was that he was glad he got to see the girls one last time. (His granddaughters) He knew his time was up that day.

Unfortunately Dennis didn't leave anything behind to cover for funeral costs and as everyone knows funerals aren't cheap. So we as a family are hoping to raise just a little something in honor of Dennis. He was an amazing man. Kind hearted and a good old laugh and boy could he talk. Don't get him started on the holiday videos because he would get you sucked in. Thankyou for taking the time to read his story and we appreciate every little bit anyone can give. X
