Dennis Swofford Memorial Fund
Donation protected
On November 24th, we lost a vital part of the community, a loyal friend, a generous neighbor, and most notably a loving husband, father, and GD to his four grandsons. Dennis Swofford passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones.
Helen Keller so eloquently said that “what we have once enjoyed we can never lose. All that we love deeply becomes a part of us.” While it seems unimaginable that we have to live in a world without him, we are all better having known him. There are endless stories, memories, and reminders of his life on earth that will keep his memory alive.
Many people that have shared stories of Dennis over the past few days have expressed how much that he has helped them over the course of his life. While we all know Dennis wouldn’t want to take anything from anyone, he would love for his wife, Wilma, daughters, Amy and Tiffany, and grandsons to be supported by everyone who loves them. In lieu of flowers, we are asking that all donations be made to his memorial fund. We would also love to hear your favorite memory of Dennis to share with the family as we celebrate his life in the upcoming days.
