Dennise Hernandez

It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we have to share the unexpected passing of our lovely Dennise.

Dennise was an amazing person. If you ever got the chance to meet her or know who she was, you know she was loving, sweet, strong, funny, and caring. She was also a mother, a sister, and daughter who loved her family dearly.

Dennise leaves behind 2 wonderful children, Alianni (11) and Max (5). Being a mother was her joy and pride. She was always there for them. Alianni and Max meant everything to her. She sacrificed everything to make sure Max and Alianni have the life and services they need to help them succeed in life and be the best they can be.

With her gone, it will be difficult for them to access those services and programs or even meet their needs. Especially Max, whose Autistic diagnosis requires many appointments, services, and constant supervision and support.

During this time of grief and loss within our family, we would like to raise money for Dennise’s family and children to help in their time of need. Part of the go fund me proceeds will go to Max and Alianni, so they can continue receiving the support and attending the programs my cousin was so proudly taking them to.

It is during these times of sadness and loss when people can come together to help one another make it through. Any support you may be able to provide would be greatly appreciated. Please keep Dennise’s family and children in your thoughts and prayers.
