Dental implants for this young man.

Please help raise money for David, he needs lower jaw surgery to remove bone and install 12 dental implants that will connect individual bridges as his new teeth. 3 years ago David had to have 20+ teeth removed in order to reduce the dental disease (Periodontitis) that was effecting overall heart health.

The money will be spent ONLY on this dental procedure.

This cause means so much because for the past 3 years David had to deal with not only learning how to function daily with no real teeth, he has used a denture but the overall performance lacks quality of life and has taken a toll on ones mental health. David is a fighter and continues to try to make the best of the situation, but with community support we can help David restore his youth and allow him to gain the confidence he needs to move forward.
