Dental Surgery Frontal Dentures for my Dad

Hi, my name is Quincey and I am fundraising for my Father who went through a treatable cancer, but the chemotherapy took it’s toll on his teeth. Through the chemo he told me of the teeth that started to feel lose and after treatment he lost those teeth including one right by his front tooth.. my Father is always smiling and such a beautiful soul and quite an optimist. Now his self esteem has lowered and the dentist warned that all front teeth will eventually come out! Our family has taken him to the dentist to procure oral surgery and then frontal dentures so this amazing songwriter, singer, and music composer can sing naturally and with confidence and health wise can be in tip top shape as our health of our teeth go straight to our hearts and effects every part of our body. Health wise this is the best thing for Dad. These expenses have come too expensive for any of us to finance and I am his only kid and ever since the chemo I have been paying for all of his bills and keeping him in pocket money as well as my own bills and needs through working 3 jobs in Maui. Now through the devastating fires in Maui I have been laid off and trying for unemployment. Dad gets the max benefits from social security which covers only his rent and car insurance. Leaves him nothing to live off on for the rest of the month, month to month. After the chemo, he has become too weak for the ranch work he used to do and in his small country town at 74 years old no one is hiring him. Unemployment needs him working a certain amount to reapply but because of no work unemployment will not accept his claim. Disability ran out a while back as he came healthy again. So I have been financially taking care of all his needs and do not have the funds for his oral surgery and frontal dentures. I am going over there to the mainland to be with him and see him through this oral surgery and will have pick up whatever work I can just to keep us afloat while I am there. The financial needs that need to be met are way too far out for me or any of the family to be able to meet his dental needs. On top of that, since getting laid off of my work from the pure devastation in Maui I am having a hard time making all needs to be met between Dad’s and my own and all I did save for to travel to be with family I have dipped into. I will have to find some work out there to keep us both afloat as a vacation has turned into my family being priority and Dad’s health while I hold down the fort and my home in Maui. We need all the help possible! Dad’s health is my number one priority and as soon as we can get his oral surgery done and dentures in place he will start feeling healthier and more confident!
