Denton County Investigator Ed Tober

On Tuesday, January 3rd, Denton County District Attorney’s office Investigator Ed Tober, was admitted into ICU at a local hospital. The family is in the process of having to make a very difficult decision concerning Ed’s quality of life. Tober has been with the County since 1998 and worked at UNT as a Police Officer for years before that. In his position with Denton County as an investigator, he specialized in Computer Forensics having trained with the FBI on a Federal Task Force. Ed and his wife, Lisa, have 2 daughters’, Courtney 19 and Jessica 17.  Lisa is a substitute teacher for Denton ISD but has been unable to work due to Ed’s hospitalization. Continue to keep Ed and his family in your thoughts and prayers during this critical time.  All funds raised will go directly to the Tober family for related needs and financial assistance.
