Help Denver Reinhardt’s Family Through His Medical Journey

Donation protected
UPDATE: December 23rd, 2024

On behalf of Sam and Will, we would like to share an update on our little fighter, Denver.

Denver has been admitted to LHSC Children’s Hospital since December 3rd, 2024. He has recovered well following his brain surgery (December 4th, 2024) to remove the tumour. Since then, Denver has underwent extensive testing and assessments.

Denver’s biopsy results have recently confirmed a diagnosis of Medulloblastoma [sub-type pending]. Medulloblastoma is a fast-growing, malignant brain tumour that occurs in the cerebellum. Cerebrospinal fluid testing and an MRI of his spine are both promising that there is no metastases beyond his brain (which we are so thankful for)!

On December 23rd, Denver will begin his first round of chemotherapy at LHSC. His chemotherapy regimen will be approximately 6-9 months duration between Sick Kids in London and Sick Kids in Toronto.

On behalf of Sam, Will, and our entire families, we cannot thank you enough for the overwhelming amount of support we have received. Your kindness and generosity have made the world of a difference in the darkest of times. It truly takes a village, and are forever thankful for ours.

Please continue to pray for sweet Denver as the next chapter of his journey begins.

It’s time to kick cancer’s ass!

Our sweet Denver, just 6 months old, has recently been diagnosed with a brain tumor. He is currently admitted to Victoria Hospital (LHSC), where he has already undergone emergency neurosurgery. Denver will remain at LHSC for an extended period for close observation and ongoing treatment as his medical team work to help him fight this battle.

While we wait for the pathology report and more answers about his condition, Denver’s parents, Samantha Armstrong and Will Reinhardt, are navigating the unimaginable. Alongside caring for Denver, they are also parents to Nash, Denver's 1-year-old brother.

Sam is currently on maternity leave, and Will is self-employed, meaning the family has limited income during this challenging time. As Denver requires extensive care at LHSC, the financial burden of travel, meals, accommodations, and daycare for Nash is growing quickly.

The holiday season is meant to be a time of joy and togetherness, but for Sam and Will, it’s filled with uncertainty and unimaginable stress. By helping them cover these critical expenses, we can bring them some comfort and relief during this challenging time.

If you are unable to donate, we completely understand and would greatly appreciate you sharing this fundraiser with others. Together, we can surround Denver and his family with the love and support they need.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your generosity and kindness during this holiday season.
