Denver Action Medic Network
Spende geschützt
Denver Action Medic Network will soon host a 20 hour Street Medic Training in Denver, Colorado and a 4 hour medical professional crossover training. You are invited to support these efforts financially.
While we will be asking training participants to donate for both the two day training and subsequent continuing education modules, your help is needed. Funds raised will also be used to stock medic kits with supplies such as cough drops, slings, gauze, bandanas, bandaids, rubbing alcohol, non-latex gloves, water bottles, etc., so that once trained, these medics will be available to provide necessary emergency first aid at demonstrations, protests, and water and land-defending events.
What is a Street Medic?
Street medics, or action medics, are volunteers with varying degrees of medical training who help provide care, such as first aid and emotional support, in situations frequently neglected by traditional institutions - protests, disaster areas, under-served communities, and others.
