My name is James Anderson

We are a country and world-known organisation, based in Burnley but made in the United Kingdom.

Depher is a registered CIC with 6 years of experience in the community support field and over 25 years in the engineering field, we have built up a household name for millions of people and many charities/community organisations.

Our initiative which we are very proud of has grown from a tiny idea into a reality and life-saving community company for the thousands that need us every year.

We need to expand and that means cost, we are hoping that you can help!!

This building will be converted with very little work, because a lot has been completed in the past, giving us a better budget to work with. We have the tradesmen and national contacts who have offered their support, time and labour including materials to make this UK-wide project a reality.

Property Description

The ground floor comprises of a self-contained retail outlet that has until recently been used as an optician, it was finished to a high standard and there are two private offices/test rooms together with on the lower ground floor staff accommodation, offices and preparation rooms.

Above, and accessed by a separate doorway are offices arranged over the first and second floor. The first floor comprises 5 offices a kitchen and WC, the second floor of 4 offices together with a Kitchen

There is separate access to a lower ground floor that many years ago was used as a restaurant and needs some modernisation.

The basement will be transformed into a training facility, which will help Depher employees and members of the public to gain training and certification in many fields that we will offer.

The ground floor will become a self-funded fundraising shop that will be used to raise funds for the important work that Decipher delivers.

The first floor will be used to expand the office capability, this will help us massively to continue our work around the united kingdom

The top floor will be used to give accommodation to people who are homeless with a secure facility and 24-hour support live in, we will work with the local council and services to support the homeless with the transition to a new start in life.

We aim to support our Homeless with a Home Support Hub, where we can offer them long-term support, not just a bed, but a new life.

I know that this can and will work, I know that with your support we can expand Depher and its services right across the communities of the united kingdom.

I was told in 2018 that Depher was a failure and it would not happen, I said that no matter if I fell, I would continue with the fight to make it work.

Over 1 million people later and we are stronger than ever, we have no debt, we have no investors and we have and never will have any high directors or CEO.

We just have each other, our families and our communities
