Deposit for a private rental property

Hi my name is jakki and we have been issued a section 21 no fault eviction, we were told that we would be able to use a bond for a deposit but now we’ve been told we aren’t eligible for that,the section 2/ ran out yesterday and we don’t have a other property ,plz help
