Depression and Recovery Program

Hi everyone,

If you've arrived at this page, I want to say a huge thank you for being here. For those of you that know, I have struggled with depression for a long time. And while I have come to manage it well, I believe this recovery program will provide me with an opportunity that will change my life not only through medical help, but through intentional care in blood and genetic testing, therapy, nutrition, hydrotherapy, exercise, and more. I am hoping this will open the door to new life practices that could potentially enable me to not be on any medication whatsoever.
