Assist with equipment and training

The Deptford Twp K9 Association was formed by both present and retired members of the Deptford Twp K9 Unit.  This association was formed to help with raising funds for equipment and training.  Monies raised will also be used to assist handlers whose dogs retire with medical assistance.  Sometimes these dogs retire with previous medical conditions that are expensive to maintain and the dogs become the property of the handler once they retire.  Also with tough budget times we are looking to keep the unit going in the future.  The dogs are used as a good community relation tool with the kids in schools and also help when one of them are lost. The association is a recognized non profit organization and any donations can be used as a tax deduction.
