Deputy Katina Coleman's Family Benevolence Fund

Deputy Katina Coleman and I work together at the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office in Douglasville, GA. Deputy Coleman has been in Law Enforcement for over seven (7) years and is dedicated to her job as a Deputy Sheriff for the citizens of Douglas County.

 

On January 9, 2020, Deputy Coleman had to face a fear all parents fear; the loss of a child. Deputy Coleman’s 30 year old daughter, Shikita Peart, unexpectedly passed away.

 

Shikita was Deputy Coleman’s oldest of four daughters. Shikita leaves behind 3 children, ages 11, 5 and 4.

 

I’ve created this Go Fund Me page in hopes of helping Deputy Coleman with any medical expenses from Shikita’s stay in the hospital, funeral costs and to assist Deputy Coleman with the taking in and caring for her 3 grandchildren.
