Toronto TTC Stabbing victim-Derek Dyckhoff

Hi, my name is Ron Cameron from Toronto, I have known Derek since he was 10yrs old he is my son's best friend.

Derek was travelling on the TTC subway in Toronto on July 6th, 2023 when he was viciously stabbed 6 times and almost lost his life. Derek's lung and colon were punctured and his spleen was removed. Derek 37 lost his mom a few months back and has no family to help with his recovery. Derek is a kind person who is always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone. He is a talented guitarist and a great dog trainer. Derek currently is employed in Construction but with the injuries he has sustained, he will not be able to work and will need help with his recovery. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.
