Derek Hubbell’s Memorial Fund

Derek was a radiant presence in our lives as a devoted father, proud grandfather, and loyal friend. He worked passionately as a Longshoreman, was a committed union man, and shared his love of baseball through coaching. Derek found joy in riding the waves and indulging in good chocolate, and his Hawaiian spirit and boundless joy defined who he was and how he loved others.

His sudden passing due to a stroke has left us heartbroken. His spirit lives on through his two sons, Josh and Kawika, his granddaughters, Faith and Mylah, and his fiancée, Chine.

During this time of mourning, we kindly request privacy for Derek’s family. Let us honor his remarkable life and the love he shared, ensuring that his spirit continues to inspire and guide us all.
