In Memory Of Derrick Armstrong

Donation protected

Derrick Armstrong Sr. was many things.  He was a father.  He was a grandfather.  He was a husband.  He was a fiancée.  He would have been a stepfather.  He was a brother.  He was an uncle.  He was a business owner.  He was a machinist.  He was a veteran.

He was strong.  He still is.

By December 26, he had recently been hired to serve as a project manager at his new job.  He was planning his honeymoon with his fiancée.  He had checked on his grandkids to make sure they had a good Christmas.  He also ended the day in the hospital, suffering from an acute reaction to the COVID-19 virus.

On January 11, 2021, his two-week fight against the virus ended.  He was 58 years old.  He leaves behind a loving and grieving family and friends.

Due to unforeseen expenses and a change in the life insurance he was planning to get for his upcoming marriage, he passed away with very little prepared in case of a sudden passing.  He never wanted this for his family.

He was buried on February 20, 2021.  We have barely covered the funeral, but need help with the upcoming costs.  The family is asking for help with the funeral expenses and associated bills, such as medical fees.  We can't replace him.  We just hope for assistance in this crisis.  Thank you.

The person is charge of this fundraiser is Daniel Armstrong, one of his five sons.  Please contact me if you need more information.  Thank you for reading.
