Help Sarah get the medical help she needs

Hi my name is Sarah I'm fundraising for myself. I was in a car accident in 2019, 3 car pile up.  Became disabled and lost my job. I have been struggling to help help from lawyers, friends, family. I have depression and medical issues from the car accident I was in  and then lost my father shortly after. I've been struggling with medical expenses and funeral expenses for my father. I lost my car because I cannot afford the payments. I need help to be able to get stronger with my body and mentally get help for trauma and PTSD. Anything would be greatly appreciated.
