DeShawn Polk’s new car fund
Hi! Thank you so much for taking the time to hear me out! Due to Covid and a series of events, I lost my job and my car. During this time I’ve struggled in many ways. One of them being able to provide food for myself. Thankfully I’ve had friends and family bless me with what they could to help keep food in my home.
Fortunately I’ve found a job that I’m really excited about. I have friends who’ve agree to do what they can regarding in transportation, but the goal is to be able to provide transportation for myself to and from work.
I’m at the end of my rope and I’m hoping your generosity will help me get back on my feet. Every little bit counts. I’m grateful to have amazing people in my life that haven’t given up on me and continues to push me to be better, to not shy away from asking for help when I really need it.
I found a car that’s being sold for $1,500. It’s a blessing that I came across it when I did, when I needed hope most. The other $500 will be used to register the car and whatever else the car may need to pass the inspection.
If you cannot donate at this time, I would deeply appreciate if you shared this to your social media platforms. Thank you so much for taking time out of your day to read this far and for your help.
