Desiree Cortez Medical Transport for Aneurysm

Hi everyone, my name is Shannon Lambert and I am fundraising money for Desiree Cortez, my partner's mother. Desiree checked into the ER yesterday afternoon and the doctor's discovered a bleeding aneurysm behind her eye. She requires funds to be medically transported to a specialty hospital in Phoenix, AZ where doctors are able to safely operate on her.
