Desiree Fernandez Medical Bills

Dear Family & Friends,

My name is Jessica Fernandez, and I have put together this Go Fund me to assist Desiree Fernandez with the cost of her medical bills and recovery from surgery.

For those of you who have not had the opportunity to be blessed with Desiree’s presence, she is an Amazing Mom, Wife, Daughter, Sister, and aunt. She always sees the good in everyone she crosses paths with and has such a radiant smile and personality.

On March 8th, Desiree was diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer. While we are thankful this was caught in the early stages, this does not take away the financial burden this will cause Desiree and her family. Desiree will have a mastectomy and reconstructive surgery in just one week. Today, she was informed that she would need to put down a sizeable deposit in order to have surgery. The current medical bill balance is $6,000. She will need to make a deposit to both the surgeon's office and hospital which are the most pressing costs at the moment. We are gracefully requesting any donations to cover medical bills and any other obstacles that come as she will be in the hospital for 4 days after surgery. With your support, you can relieve some of the financial burden so that she is able to focus on her recovery.
