Desperate for immediate donations--our dog

Hi all,  our dear malamute Latte' is currently at a local vet under emergency care due to fluid in her lungs. Last night she declined rapidly. They feel with a day or two more of treatment she can be fine. However, the bill is climbing high already... most of you pet owners know how fast this can happen. We are still being hit with many bills (including old medical bills from the loss of our newborn son in June 2017). Our care credit card for the vets is now maxed out as of last night. So, things are financially really tough. Our dog is family to us and we want to do the right thing, including not letting her suffer. We do not believe she is at that point, since she eats and drinks well. Just the other day she was walking her toy over us to play with her. She has slowed down a bit but has enjoyed quality of life. However, without the funds to provide further treatment we will sadly have to say good bye and just typing that makes my eyes tear up and my heart sink. She is on antibiotics and is on oxygen along with other meds. This being said, if any of you are able to donate any amount, it would be more than appreciated...we would be eternally grateful. Places that may provide financial assistance  require wait time for approval and this is an emergency situation.  Thank you so deeply for taking the time to read this. We are desperate.
