Desperate medical help needed.

My niece Rachel and her husband Jason were in a serious motorcycle accident last night near Savannah, Georgia. They were cut off on an interstate. They both underwent numerous surgeries already by this afternoon.

They are a self-employed, hardworking couple and you business people know how medical insurance runs for those people. Anything even a dollar could help them at this point.
