Desperate time of Need

My name is T'keyah Russell and I am 18 year old rising sophomore at Delaware State University. I am the youngest of 4 . Every since I was a young girl my mom always instilled in me and my sisters that education is key. I'm the first out of my whole family to go away for college, my parents sacrificed a lot to allow me to go away and achieve my dreams and goals . My dad was a hardworking sandhog in the tunnel for 10 plus years, But unfortunately he had to stop working because he had dust in his lungs. It left a lot on my mom because she's the only one that's working right now but she's currently out of work due to an accident she had on work which caused her to have surgery on her knee. Right now me and my family is facing our worst nightmare. We have been behind in our mortgage and we owe 5,000 with the help up my 3 sisters we were only able to come up with 2,000 , we are short 3,000 . If we don't have a total of 5,000 we will go in foreclosure and be summoned. I feel like it's all my fault just because my parents wanted to allow me to follow my dreams and go to my dream school. I really wish that I could have been able to help my parents out but I can't and that's the part that hurts the most . Seeing my mom break down and ask me if I could find help and even reach out to Ellen Degeneres really hit me and took a toll on me because my mom is a woman that always provide for my family and Seeing her at her breaking point really hurts the most because I know how hard my mom works . She moved me to the US at 3 from Trinidad just so that we could live the American Dream and right now everything is just falling apart day by day . I'm trying to keep strong for her but it's just so much a human being can take. I'm a Sports Management major at Delaware State University and I have aspirations of becoming a Agent for players in the NBA or NFL. I just want to make it so bad just so that I could make my parents proud of me and pay them back for all they have done and sacrificed for me. Me and one of my close friends came up with a food catering business called "Good Eats W. TK & Rayne" where we will be selling food on campus just to make some pocket change. Hopefully I could be able to help my parents out with bills and more but I'm reaching in a desperate time of need and I really do hope that I could raise 3,000 by September 1st
