Destiney Study Abroad in Mexico!

Hi! My name is Destiney and I’m 16 years old. I really admire Foreign Languages, speaking both Spanish and Japanese. I was accepted into a very competitive Study Abroad Program to Mexico, but the cost is troubling. My family is lower middle class, and as it is now, we wouldn’t have enough to fund the trip by the summer.

I am a very hardworking student with a 4.0 gpa, a member of the National Honor Society, the Japanese National Honor Society (funny that they’re separate right?), and my school’s Track and Field club.

I really hope to be able to focus on my academics, and not let financial challenges stop be from experiencing such an amazing culture out of the country. Hopefully this works!
