Detained Quarentine horse!

My client purchased this beautiful horse for her daughters birthday / Christmas surprise!!!  He has been held in Quarentine for a month by the USDA! We have spent an additional $10,000 trying to get him out!  We are out of money and fighting the government! Please read my Facebook post for details, but realize that this can happen to ANYONE that imports a horse!!!!  We have to change the system!!!!!  This horse is facing euthanasia if we can not pay 10,000 to 12,000 to fly him back to Europe, with the seller refusing to take him back! Then finding a trainer in Europe to sell him!   We need to fight for his release in the US!  They are telling  us it will be $10 to 20 k to euthanize him! They tell us he is positive for glanders, but healthy and does not need to be treated by a veterinarian!  Our options are to leave at LAX at $300 plus a day, send him back or euthanize him!!!!!
