Detroit Fleat Employee Assistance Fund

Without our employees, we would never have gotten as far as we have.

In order to support our team, Detroit Fleat is hoping to provide some relief as the COVID-19 pandemic develops.

Fleat is moving forward with delivery and carry out services, but we know that this is a time of hard decisions for many of our staff who depend on tips to be financially healthy. 

While Fleat will continue to be flexible and respond to this emergency as it develops, we are hoping to ease some of the stress and financial toll this will undoubtedly have upon the staff and their families.

100% of this fund will go directly to our hourly staff - the servers, bartenders, cooks, hosts, and bar backs that take care of you day in and day out.

The Detroit Fleat staff is some of the hardest working in the business. Our goal is to provide some sense of certainty in uncertain times.
