Eagle Project at the ISKCON Temple

To introduce myself, my name is Dev Rishi Udata and I am currently a Life Scout from Boy Scout Troop 605 in Beaverton, OR.  My Eagle Project will take place at the ISKCON, International Society for Krishna Consciousness, Temple (612 N First Ave, Hillsboro, OR 97124).  

Currently at the ISKCON Temple the parking lot lines are not visible which makes it extremely difficult to distinguish between parking spots.  In addition, the temple is located at a high traffic intersection in Hillsboro which develops a regularity of unnecessary and unwanted traffic noise, increased safety issues, and a lack of privacy.  My project will entail thoroughly cleaning and restriping the parking lot, while also planting trees in front of the temple.  Updating the parking lot and street view of the temple in this manner will create a safe and peaceful environment for community members and visitors to enjoy their experience at the temple.

The funds raised will be used to purchase paint, trees, restriping equipment, mulch, and other materials required to successfully execute this project.  A donation of any size would be greatly appreciated.  Any unused or extra funds collected through this fundraiser will be donated to the ISKCON Temple.
