I received an unbelievable phone call from my nephew on May 24th, their house in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan went up in flames in the middle of the night. Luckily my niece saw the flames and alerted the rest of the family, everyone escaped safely with just the clothes on their backs. Sadly all of their material possessions have been lost. Smoke damage, water damage or the smell of the sewer backup made sure of that.
They have some insurance but will it replace everything lost? I’m pretty sure the answer is no and it will be a long time coming before that process plays out. If anyone has the means to help out I know it would be appreciated. A quick financial boost would help out tremendously in this time of need. Thanks❤️
