Devastating house fire takes everything ever owned

Plz hear my story January 27,2024 at approximately 11:20pm a devastating tragedy happened to me and my family. My house got on fire I immediately called Salineno tx. fire department. They received my call and arrived at my house at approximately 11:40pm. Once the fire man arrived he didn't even have his proper fire uniform the fire was barley in between the kitchen and the living room.The fire truck water pumps weren't functioning I saw that the fire man immediately panicked at that moment i realized he was probably new and didnt know exactly what to do in senerios like this.I asked him if he was new and he said he was certifed which in my end he didnt look certifed. He informed me that he had to go back for another truck and it took him 20 minutes to arrive back by that time my house was already half way burned down. Unbelievable he came back with another fire truck and this time around the fire truck didn't have enough water. I asked the fire man if he had called for backup and he replied with " I just called" Like what kind of fire department does salineno have we cannot rely on them my childen could of been in there. After 30 minutes Roma fire department arrived I begged them to please save at least the last room.Which was my cancer daughters room I had hope that at least they could of saved all the things that they gave her from Make a wish foundation that meant alot for her. It's devastating to see how everything you have build with alot of hard work for your family. Burn down right in front of you and the worst feeling ever is knowing you couldn't do anything but have faith that the fire department could save at least some of your house. But unfortunately, in my case my community fire department was worthless they let my whole house burn down. My question is who and exactly were is there supervisor what kind of training are they giving them. All the taxes and funds they get were is all of that going because it's definitely not going to getting better equipment. My house was completely burned down because of the salineno fire department that didn't help for nothing. It's difficult to rebuild a house being a single mother with 4 children and working as a provider. I still need to save money to be able to provide my children with clothing and shoes and food so they can go back to school. What do you guys think⁉️What would you have done different⁉️Should the salineño fire department be held accountable⁉️why do we have the salineño fire department for if they are not fully equipment⁉️ where are all the funds/ grants they get ⁉️
