Devastating Wreck Crushes Arturi Family
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Chris Crawford. I am raising funds for my friend, fellow Paramedic, and brother, Josh Arturi.
On Saturday, August 12, 2023, Paramedic Josh Arturi and his crew members were returning to the fire station after a Cardiac Arrest Medical Call. Soon after clearing the hospital and returning to the station, he received another dispatched 911 emergency call. While en route, the ambulance was involved in a catastrophic collision that resulted in the ambulance being thrown into the adjacent concrete building, leaving multiple PCFR crew in the ambulance injured. Although we are thankful they survived the wreck, Josh Arturi did not make it out unscathed. Josh was determined to be a trauma alert and spent much time in the trauma ICU after the incident. He has a fractured arm, fractured leg and multiple fractured ribs. A long road of recovery with possible surgeries and physical therapy lies ahead.
Josh Arturi was discharged from the hospital Wednesday, August 16, 2023, and is at home with his wife and three young boys. Josh is a very hard-working man who normally works hundreds of hours of overtime to better support his family. Now is the time to step up and aid a true American working-class hero that has served his community for over a decade in the Fire/EMS capacity.
The Arturi family needs our help. Let's help make ends meet while Josh and his family endure this long road to recovery. Any donations to help prop up this family in their time of need would be most appreciated.
