Develop libraries in the rural areas of India.

Tax deductible
Goal: The G.O.L.D.E.N Initiative stands for the Gift Of Library Development for Educating the Needy. This initiative is led by the 501[(c)(3)] nonprofit Chirag Hope. Our goal is to set up 100 mini-libraries in rural primary schools in Andra Pradesh and Telangana, India. These libraries will help the students in those areas have easier access to books than going to their nearest library, which is 10+ miles away! Each library requires $150, and the organization will donate 125 books covering various subjects.

Why?: Gaining knowledge is vital in our modern world. Among the many ways of acquiring knowledge, reading books is a convenient and effective method. But unfortunately, many schools in these rural areas don't have libraries or even a few books for their students to read. As a result, these students have to go as far as 16+ km (10+ miles) to access their nearest library. Therefore, we want to bring libraries to them.

Want to join us in making a difference? I'm raising money on behalf of Chirag, and any donation will help create an impact. Thanks for contributing to this cause; it means a lot to me.
