Deven Sophal Phuong

This fundraiser is to help support the family of Devan Sophal Phuong during his passing. One hundred percent of the proceeds will go directly to the Phuong family to support the unexpected funeral cost and/or other financial needs.

Sophal Phuong, Devan’s Dad has been with the Loews family for over a decade in the Stewarding Department. It has been an arduous journey to witness his family go through such a tragic incident. Any donation is appreciated

On May 19, 2022, Devan Sophal Phuong was pronounced missing. He went to school that day and never returned home to his family. He was last seen around 2 pm departing school. A passerby on the Ben Franklin Bridge found his book bag and reported it to the Police.

Devan was only 17 years old. His mom said he was a very smart kid who wanted to become a pilot. He left behind two younger siblings that he very much adored. He came from a very loving home.

It is with profound sorrow and sadness to say that the Phuong family has recently learned Devan is no longer with them. Funeral plans are scheduled for this Friday, October 7th, 2022, and Saturday, October 8th, 2022.
