celebration of life sat September 23rd

On Sept 6th 2023 Devin was a bistanderd in a senseless shooting. Although EMT and Dr tried there best Devin passed away, joining his mom, sister, grandma and numerous others. Leaving behind his two sons Ryley age 10 and Oliver age 1.5. His parents William Rowden, Lisa Rowden. His siblings, Rebeccah, Daniel, Quintin, and Madeline. His neices and nephews, cousins, aunt's uncles, and many friends. We are going to be celebrating Devin life on September 23rd 1pm at Minnie haha park. Funds donated will be going to the cost of cremation and his celebration of life.
