Devin with medical fees and bills

Hi my name is Angel and I’m Devin’s mom. Devin has been struggling with some severe back pain for the past year. In the past few months the pain has become so severe that he’s had to walk with a cane and many times call into work due to not being able to walk. Over the past 6 months he has been to physical therapy and a chiropractor. When those weren’t working he had an MRI that showed a herniated disc. He did the spinal injection however that gave him no relief. At this time he is scheduled for surgery, However he needs to come up with an additional just over $1,800 just to move forward with surgery. He has part of this but needs just over $700 more as surgery is scheduled on the 1st plus and they require this to be paid by Jan 26th. He will also need some assistance with bills while he has to be off work from his truck driving job for 6-8 weeks. While his girlfriend does work she is also going to school and Devin has a 3 year old son they have 50% of the time. Additional funds would be helpful to take some of the pressure off of them while he recovers. Thank you for considering to help this young family.
