DevOps Quilt Project

I probably have more DevOpsDays T-Shirts than anyone else. My wife is always trying to throw out all of these old shirts. I figure the DevOps Quilt is a win-win.

Join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to benefit Black Lives Matter Foundation, and any donation will help make an impact.

I have about 50 DevOpsDays T-Shirts so I'm guessing that I will make two quilts.  So here's how this will go down.  After the first $500 dollars is raised I will create the first DevOpsDays Quilt and send it to the next DevOpsDays event for a giveaway.  After the next $500 I'll create the second quilt.  Thereafter, every $500 raised I'll send 50 DevOpsDays Quilt T-Shirts (The shirts will be a picture of the quilt) out to each next DevOpsDays event until we reach the goal of $3000.   Put your money where your mouth is. 

UPDATE:  We raised 2k in 24 hours.  We decided to bump it up to 5k (Let's see how high we can go).

UPDATE 2:  Looks like we broke 5k in less than 2 days.  Why stop now.  I bumped it up to 10k now.   

UPDATE 3:  Looks like we broke 10k in less than 3 days.  Why stop now.  I bumped it up to 15k now.   I'll definitely stop at 20k, but for now, there seems to be incredible momentum and I don't want the "goal" reached to stop it".  Please leave me a comment if you think I should stop raining the goal.
