Dexter’s cold cot mission

Hi, my name is Emily, my son Dexter was born sleeping on 21/11/2024. At 11 weeks pregnant I was told Dexter was diagnosed with a life limiting condition. I decided to continue with my pregnancy in the hopes of meeting him alive. Unfortunately this wasn’t in our plan but I was blessed with 38 weeks of kicks, hiccups and treasured moments.

After Dexter was born I decided to bring him home to spend time with his family and make as many memories as possible.

Unfortunately this proved a difficult process as the cold cots Pembury hospitals was broken.

As Dexters mummy I am on a mission to ensure we buy a new one that will be available for other parents in this position, so they too have the chance to bring their babies home!
