To be a true educator, I firmly believe that you need to be a life-long learner. As someone who feels immense responsibility to give back to the next generation, I strive to become a great educator with the long-term professional goal of building a company that endures and creates positive change on a global scale beyond my lifetime. To reach this goal, in the short term I aspire to learn from some of the most inspiring thought leaders in business alongside the brightest, most ambitious students at the best entrepreneurship school in the world, Babson College.
Let me share three short stories that showcase who I am and what values and skills I will bring to the table.
1. My unfaltering determination to make my dreams come true despite the odds
I come from Vörs, a tiny village in the Central-European region with a population of less than 500 people, where both of my parents were born and raised. While I always had a deep appreciation for the peace and tranquility of the nearby nature reserve, I struggled to fit in culturally. When I was a kid, I dreamed of becoming a professional soccer player. My friends and the rest of the village never believed in me, though. ’No one has ever made it from here, you better give up and work in the fields’ – they would say. During elementary school, I was often bullied forcing me to learn how to defend myself and fight for my dreams no matter what. Partially thanks to my mother, I never ceased to believe in myself and would never skip my daily practice, despite the aggression towards me. With no other choice, I played against the bushes to improve my dribbling skills. When I was 12 years old, I played in the fifth class. By 16, I was a first-class soccer player serving as captain of my team. In my career, I scored 161 goals in 178 matches. I owe much of who I am today to soccer. I learned that if you fight for your dreams even when the odds are against you, there is nothing you cannot achieve. Your mindset, determination, and team spirit are much stronger predictors of success than your initial circumstances.
2. Emerging as a leader during a sudden crisis
After high school, my life seemed to fall into place. I got into the highest-ranked college in economics in Hungary and believed that I had a great, balanced family. One day my mother called with unexcepted news: my father had been maintaining a double life for years and had a child with another woman. My family fell apart at the same time as the 2008 financial crisis hit and my parents lost all their savings. Worrying about how I’d put food on my table made me see the world from a vastly different perspective and taught me valuable life skills. I developed exceptional mental strength, honed my ability to solve problems creatively, and learned to adapt to unexpected circumstances no matter what, while never losing faith in myself and maintaining a positive attitude. I am proud that a couple of years later, I gathered the courage to apologize from my father and I was a central figure in rebuilding our relationship, as well as my siblings’ and my parents’ relationship.
3. Inspiring and educating hundreds of future leaders in Hungary and abroad
My vision is to encourage the next generation to pursue their dreams, part of which is to help them realize that they have agency in who they become. This is why I founded a non-profit organization in 2016, the Association of Future Talents’ Generation (FTG), or in Hungarian – Jövőt Építők Generációja (JÉG). FTG’s mission is to scout and mentor young individuals who are not only talented but are driven to constantly develop themselves and to become their best, most successful selves. With 130 active members, we have become a selective, well-respected community of young thought leaders in Hungary. Recently, we devised the FTG Diploma” for our members, a degree that can be completed by successfully finishing select courses, participating in professional events, completing self-development challenges, and by giving a final presentation in front of the advisory board. Further, we have established more than 20 international partnerships and organized 2 Erasmus+ projects (Erasmus+ is the EU's program to support education, training, youth and sport in Europe.) in Bulgaria (32 members from 4 countries) and in Hungary (45 members from 14 countries). Being a part of building the organization from the ground up has reinforced many important lessons. To name a few, it has shown me how immensely satisfying it is to give back and to empower others by changing their mindset. I hand have seen many uplifting examples of how helping students believe in themselves can lead to incredible transformations. As a result of working with young talent, I renewed my commitment to contribute to young people’s education.
While I am convinced that my experiences and the values and skills I have gained through them make me an outstanding candidate for Babson,
Thank you for the time you took to read my motivational letter in detail and to consider my grant!

Babson Tuition for the graduate program is 96,138 dollars. This is kind of a big number taking into consideration I am from a little village in Central-Europe. My dream was to study abroad in a very prestigious program, that is why I have been working all day and night.
The program will start in August and I'm asking for installments to have the chance to make it happen. Any help from you would be grateful and give me more chances to finish the degree!
If you are supporting me, I'm planning to start a blog where I can share all my experiences and career steps! With your help, you will be part of my life and I am happy to share all the details and results I can achieve thanks to you!
