We gather today not expecting to say goodbye to our dear friend Steve. In his name we find the meanings of love, loyalty, friendship, and faith. Though gone too soon, his legacy lives on through all that he gave to those close to him - be it his humor, compassion, or dedicated spirit. Steve needn't have uttered the words for us to feel cared for. His actions spoke volumes.

We mourn the devoted husband, loving father, loyal friend and hijo de dios we see in him. To honor Steve, I kindly ask that we come together to support his family during this impossibly hard chapter. If there is any act of comfort, any gift of time or compassion we can provide, I know it would mean the world.

May the imprint Steve leaves guide us in celebrating life. We love you and will miss you dearly, Stevie.
