DFS-ARC Members Committee - Improving Our Centre

The staff team and service users of Dumfries ARC are setting challenges to raise money for the Members Committee.

Dumfries ARC is a day centre for adults with Physical and Learning Disabilities. People come to the ARC to be supported to meet outcomes, enjoy activities and have a safe place to be themselves.

The money raised will go towards improving the ARC environment. The three main ideas have been :

To improve the ARC gardens, make them more accessible all year round.

Improve and replace sensory equipment within our sensory room.

Arrange a Masked Ball to celebrate when Covid-19 restrictions allow us to do so.

A portion of funds raised will be donated to the Carers Centre Dumfries to support the amazing work they do for Carers and Families.
