Luis Needs Your Help!

Hi! My name is Dawn and I am fundraising for my brother-in-law Luis Vasquez. Luis is a 42 year old father of 2 young boys who has been diagnosed with Stage C Congestive Heart Failure due to a underlying illness called Chagas Disease. This is a infectious disease caused by a parasite that attacks the heart and its ability to function properly. He was first diagnosed back in 2014 when he had a stroke. Months ago Luis took a turn for the worst and now has complete heart block. His debilitating symptoms such as chronic edema, fatigue, jaundice, severe abdominal pain and a severe cough have forced him to apply for disability which puts him in the waiting game for assistance as he is unable to work. Luis is not the type to take handouts but has been forced into a position where he needs to ask for help to continue paying his monthly mortgage and bills as well as hidden medical expenses not covered by insurance. He also has to worry about the end stages and how he will be put to rest as well as continuing to support his two children.
