Family will have to separate without help

My name is Donna, and I have found myself in a desperate situation in which my family, including myself, my son, and my mom, have fallen severely behind on rent, utilities, and car payments. I lost my job last year, and although I am consistently seeking a permanent full-time position, working as many temporary assignments as I can get, and driving for Uber to bring in whatever income I can, it has not helped us to the degree that we need.

My mom, who lives with me, is 98, and I am truly blessed to have her still here with us, but she is not in the best of health. She is partially deaf, has macular degeneration, and has a very hard time walking. She has been so worried as she knows the situation that we are in and that our utilities will soon be disconnected along with being evicted. I worry mostly for her as I know she is in no way up to any type of move, especially given her age and health conditions. Her doctor does come to our home for her visits as she just is not able to get out. She is the kindest person in the world and does not deserve to have to go through something like this. My landlord is not able to work with us any longer unless we are able to come current with the rent by the end of this month. My car payment is also 3 months behind, and although I am in contact with the lender, it can be taken at any time. I do have to find a job that allows me to be home most of the time as I am not able to be away from her for more than a few hours at a time given her condition. Also, because of us falling so far behind, our credit scores have fallen drastically and because of that, if we have to move, a new landlord is requesting an additional months deposit. Given our situation, this is not something we would ever be able to do without help.

I never thought that we would ever be in this situation and ever have to ask for help, but I am so worried for Mom, my son, and myself, and pray that we are able to get through this.
