My half marathon fundraiser!

Hi! I’m running the Bristol half marathon in May! It’s hard work running the mean streets of Bristol (and the less-so-mean streets of my gym) to get up to fitness but hopefully on the day it’ll all be worth it!

To give me motivation, I’ve decided to try and create some good out of this so I’ve decided to run for the UNICEF Gaza appeal.

I, like I’m sure a lot of you, feel horrified and helpless watching on through social media and through news outlets of the humanitarian tragedy unfolding there. I’m asking for donations of any amount, knowing I’m running for something will get me through to the finish line and hopefully help some very vulnerable children in some way.

This is in no way political and I’m certainly not taking sides, I know it’s an emotive issue but I feel children anywhere in the world should deserve to live out their childhood as children.
