Diabetic Alert Service Dog for Jace
Donation protected
My nephew Jace Baxter is a Type 1 Diabetic and also has Addison's Disease. He will be graduating high school this year and will be off to college in the fall! He has struggled his entire life with controlling his Diabetes/Addison's and just recently was hospitalized after having diabetic seizures. His Mom and Dad (Angie and Ryan) feel now is the time for Jace to have a service dog that he can take to college with him.
Diabetic Alert Dogs are trained to provide life-saving alerts in advance of low or high blood sugar events before they become dangerous. This way you can then take steps to return your blood sugar to normal, such as using glucose sweets or taking insulin. They can help you lead a more confident and independent lifestyle.
The total expense for the dog is $12,000. Please help us raise money for Jace's service dog by donating! Any amount, large or small, will help reach our goal. We are grateful for your generous donation.
Please share on all your social media accounts. Let's help Jace feel safer as he leaves home and goes to college!
