Help chronically ill Trans person afford meds

I am currently experiencing a medical condition (arthritis) that has resulted in physical limitations, including difficulty opening bottles, turning taps, and drawing. As a recipient of Centrelink benefits, I am seeking assistance to cover the costs associated with my medical treatment, including medication, medical procedures, and transportation to and from the hospital.
